Nice to meet you, my name is Kristina

Why I do what I do

There are many aspects, but some of the most important are:

Nature and our bodies

I love nature and its powers, and equally, I love our bodies and their powers. Nature has the power to restore, regenerate, revitalize. Similarly, as our bodies are Nature, I believe they have the same remarkable abilities. And this is my purpose, to create space - physical, emotional, energetic - that can support our bodies to return to their initial state of health, as much as possible.

In the world nowadays, there is too much that negatively affects our bodies. According to different traditions, we look at the body in multiple ways: Rudolf Steiner speaks of 4 bodies, the yoga tradition describes 5 layers of the body, and Chinese medicine represents the body through the five elements along with Qi (Energy), Jing (Essence), and Shen (Spirit). My aim is to involve all these bodies and invite harmonious whole beings. Of course, I am not doing the healing—you are. You choose to open and allow yourself to transform. I am here to help guide the energies in the right direction, while nature's healing and wholeing energies support us in healing the subtle bodies.

Massage

My journey with massage began in 2004 as a patient. I started by learning the basics, gradually deepening my knowledge until I discovered the type of massage that offers more than just relaxation. Thai massage is comprehensive, providing both relaxation and therapeutic benefits. I completed all levels and massage techniques offered by the Chiang Mai School of Thai Massage.

Australian Bush Flower Essences

My journey with Australian Bush Flower Essences began in 2012 when I studied Holistic and Medical Naturopathy under one of Barbara Wren's students. Since then, I've been continually fascinated by the power of these essences. While I support local production and have explored many other essences available, none have matched the effectiveness and quick results I've experienced with Australian Bush Flowers.

In my family and homeland, healing through herbs and natural remedies is our first response to any health concern. Inspired by my ancestors' knowledge, I continue expanding this tradition through my work with flower essences.

Working with people

After years working with youths and people of all age I noticed that most people struggle with being in their bodies and/or dealing with their emotions.

My path has led me to share these healing practices with as many people as possible, working toward the vision of a healthier world—both externally and within each of us.

Living in a human-centered world gives us the great privilege to heal the world, as Michael Jackson said, through healing ourselves first. I believe it's possible and I want to contribute to this healing. And I started with myself.
